“Luang Prabang Real Estate Consulting” maintains an extensive portfolio of sale and rental properties nationwide in cooperation with our real estate partner agents, and is therefore able to find properties that satisfy our investors needs. Our base is in Luang Prabang and we are especially competent in any facilitation for your personal investment. “Luang Prabang Real Estate Consulting” will also negotiate purchase, sale or rental prices for its clients and prepare the documentation required when managing real estate in Laos, Luang Prabang. Our first consultations are free and will not require and payment or commissions. We want to inform our clients with a personal consultation to learn from each other and be able to react on the personal investment needs of each individual or company.

We can also put investors in touch with a range of local construction companies who are able to undertake new-build, re-built work, which is especially important within the regulations of the Workd Heritage status of Luang Prabang, which we wish to strictly follow..
