Luang Prabang Real Estate Consulting
is a small dynamic company and service with western & local management ensuring the understanding of the market needs as well as the local knowledge for all matters of our services. We support investors with proposals, interviews and property proposals as well as creating our very own investment projects and business opportunities.
Our experience looks back into sectors of tourism, land development and property management. Our scouts are local people and our western advisers prepare our offers and help establishing the international contacts. Consulting can be arranged in English, Thai, German, Dutch and French.
Our main objectives are to provide well-designed properties, business opportunities and property services to the increasing number of foreigners interested in the local market here in Luang Prabang especially. We also aim to promote (through example) an awareness, that profitable development does not need to destroy the local environment or world heritage, but can build upon and reinforce the qualities and traditions of local life here in Luang Prabang. Since Luang Prabang is our company base, we will follow the UNESCO guidelines every step we take.
Our main focus lies in and around Luang Prabang but also within other provinces all over the country. We cover land services for agricultural projects, tourism and hotel investment projects, hotel and business reselling, business rental and other possible real estate projects.
